1. Manage and ensure smooth daily operations, including order processing, delivery, inventory, and customer service.
2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through various channels (chat, phone, email, and social media).
3. Monitor and continuously improve customer service standards.
4. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports related to sales, customer complaints, and service performance.
5. Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure a positive post-transaction experience.
6. Assist in inputting and updating customer and order data in the system.
7. Analyze customer feedback and provide improvement recommendations to management.
Qualifications
1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Administration, or Communication).
2. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Operations Support, or a similar role.
3. Accustomed to working with targets in a dynamic environment.
4. Proficient in using computers and office applications (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
Professional, patient, and customer-service oriented.

5. Familiarity with CRM systems, marketplaces, or ERP is an advantage.
6. Available to join immediately in Bantul, Yogyakarta.
