Plan online marketing/ads for branding, retargeting and traffic objectives. Including conducting A/B testing to continuously deliver business needs and maintain efficiency.
Align with Regional Online Marketing for performance ads strategy to manage multiple advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, Tiktok and 3P.
Align with Ads Ops team to ensure ads running as per timeline, budget, and asset.
Coordinate with the social media team and execute campaigns to boost organic content performance.
Track and analyze digital marketing performance.
Online ads asset creation (liase with Creative/Graphic Design team).
Collaborate to ideate special projects with other brand MKT team members.
Administration with vendor (PR/PO, payment, etc)
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Professionals with 3-4 years of experience in online ads / performance marketing in Media Agency/Brand Consultant, Fintech, Banking, FMCG, or other companies.
Strong individual contributor in terms of ads strategy ideation & plan execution.
Good analytical capability, high attention to detail.
Able to work with a wide range of media placement.
Able to keep up with the fast-moving industry.
Good at managing workload.
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
Knowledgeable in the fintech industry (e-wallet, paylater, cash loan, etc) is a plus.
Excellent communication in Indonesian and good english communication.
