Job Description
We're looking for a high-performing Online Growth Strategy professional to drive growth, customer acquisition, and profitability across digital and e-commerce channels. This role combines strategy and execution, with strong emphasis on data analysis, experimentation, and performance optimization to unlock scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth OKRs across online revenue, acquisition, and profitability.
- Drive growth strategies across paid media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce channels.
- Lead digital campaigns, pricing/promotions, and online GTM initiatives to improve conversion and retention.
- Use data analysis, experimentation, and funnel insights to identify and scale growth opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally to execute and optimize high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor key metrics including CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, and unit economics.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce, or related roles.
- Strong experience in online growth channels, campaign strategy, and funnel optimization.
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis, experimentation, and performance modeling.
- Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end from strategy to execution.
- Experience in consumer tech, e-commerce, or marketplace is a plus.
