Guided by our philosophy by local, for local, Taiho Pharma Asia Pacific serves as the regional hub for Taiho's oncology business in Southeast Asia. We work closely with healthcare professionals, medical associations, and key stakeholders to advance cancer care across the region, covering functions such as clinical research, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and commercial operations.

We are currently looking for a high-caliber Oncology Product Specialist to join our growing Oncology team.

Role Overview

In this role, you will drive product awareness and scientific engagement through impactful educational and commercial activities. You will play a key role in building strong partnerships with healthcare stakeholders and supporting sustainable business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Actively support initiatives to promote and increase product utilization.
• Plan and execute activities related to product knowledge and education.
• Achieve performance targets by building on current accounts & developing new accounts.
• Conduct ascertains whether the customers duly place their orders with our distributors.
• Gather and analyse insights related to customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Ensure responsibility and contribution to business growth within the assigned area.
• Attend and contribute to events supported by the company Taiho Pharma Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (TPAC Jakarta), including those held on weekends if necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product promotion, preferably in oncology
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or Pharmacy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of the oncology therapeutic landscape.
• Growth mindset, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally overseas, based on business needs.
