About the Role
Taiho Pharma Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic, target-driven Oncology Product Specialist to expand our commercial presence and deliver specialized therapeutic solutions across South Jakarta, Tangerang, and South Tangerang.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sales performance and strategic growth for the oncology product portfolio within the designated territory.
2. Build and maintain professional relationships with key hospital stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and oncologists.
3. Plan and execute scientific marketing activities, hospital roundtables, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs.
4. Monitor market developments, competitor movements, and hospital procurement channels to identify new commercial opportunities.
5 Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance, local healthcare regulations, and ethical pharmaceutical standards.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, Biology, or relevant Life Sciences.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Product Specialist or Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically handling Oncology or specialty care portfolios.
3. Established networks and strong account management experience in major medical centers across Jakarta Selatan, Tangerang, and Tangerang Selatan.
4. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for corporate reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and willingness to undertake active field coverage.
