We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for an Onboarding Property (Project Manager) who will help us with our day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Designing new properties to be up to Kozystay's standard
- Inspection of new properties and prepare the onboarding report
- Execution of onboarding process including managing renovations and decorating the property
- Manage administration process for property onboarding and offboarding
- Scheduling and monitoring technicians for new property repairs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Working location: Greater Denpasar, Bali
- Fresh graduate to 2 years experience in interior design or contractor
- Understand building construction
- Have a good time management and able to work under tight timeline
- Hardworking, Driven, and passionate
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Good sense of design and property styling
