At Dijiwa Sanctuaries, we believe that every team member contributes to creating memorable experiences for our guests. As an OJT trainee, you will rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a luxury boutique property. From guest relations and food & beverage to housekeeping and front office operations, you will discover which area resonates with your passion while building a solid foundation in hospitality excellence.
This program is designed to immerse you in our culture of warmth, authenticity, and exceptional service. You will work alongside experienced mentors who are committed to nurturing your growth and helping you understand the art of creating sanctuary moments for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply luxury hospitality standards across multiple departments
- Shadow experienced team members to understand daily operations and guest service protocols
- Participate in guest interactions with appropriate guidance and support
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and beauty of our sanctuary spaces
- Assist with food and beverage service, understanding the nuances of fine dining experiences
- Learn about Indonesian cultural elements and how they enhance the guest experience
- Practice professional communication skills with guests and team members
- Document learning experiences and provide feedback for program improvement

Success in this role means demonstrating enthusiasm for learning, showing initiative in assisting team members, building positive relationships with colleagues and guests, and completing each department rotation with increased confidence and competence.
