Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support data center infrastructure to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure operations.
- Handle and maintain networking systems, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate effectively in both Mandarin and English/Indonesian with regional stakeholders across Asia.
- Provide technical expertise and timely solutions to support business continuity and IT operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin (oral & written) is mandatory.
- Strong background in Information Technology, with proven experience in networking and data center management.
- Familiarity with hardware, servers, and troubleshooting within a data center environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
