Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE Management Systems, standards, procedures, and safety tools across operational sites.
- Develop, review, and update HSE system documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, guidelines, and standards.
- Support internal and external audits, assurance activities, and compliance reviews, including follow-up of audit findings.
- Manage, validate, analyze, and report HSE performance data, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HSE reporting.
- Support digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement programs related to HSE systems and reporting.
- Coordinate with site HSE teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of company standards.
- Monitor regulatory developments and support the integration of applicable requirements into company systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE Management Systems, HSE Compliance, and Operational Safety within mining or other high-risk industries.
- Strong understanding of SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, and mining safety regulations.
- Experience in audit support, compliance monitoring, and management system implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other digital reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in HSE digitalization and data-driven performance management will be an advantage.
