Offshore Superintendent

How can you support us Here are below your responsibilities:

1. Direct and oversee daily offshore construction activities on the barge.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and marine operational standards.
3. Manage crew assignments, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
4. Coordinate with PMT, engineers, and client representatives to achieve project milestones.
5. Provide technical guidance and leadership to the offshore team.

What are we looking for

1. Minimum of 15 years relevant oil and gas experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role.
2. Familiarity with construction activities on moored vessels, including management of approximately 50–100 construction crew members.
3. Added advantage: general knowledge of horizontal Drilling techniques, air diving operations, equipment rigging/lifting/handling, welding/NDT.
4. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Fluent in both Bahasa and English.
5. Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and timely project delivery.
