Offline Marketing & Activation Executive

Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities across MT and GT channels.
Maintain strong coordination with store PICs to ensure campaign execution aligns with company standards and objectives.
Manage and control POSM (Point of Sales Materials), including production, distribution, placement, and maintenance in stores.
Organize and execute in-store events, product activations, and promotional programs in collaboration with partner stores.
Lead and supervise SPG teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and sales reporting.
Prepare and analyze sales reports from activation and promotional activities to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Manage and monitor budgets for events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to ensure efficient spending.
Coordinate with distributors and vendors to ensure product availability and proper stock management in stores.
Support sales activities through direct involvement in market visits, store activations, and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in offline marketing, trade marketing, or event activation, preferably in FMCG industry.
Experienced in handling store activation, SPG coordination, and promotional execution.
Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams, distributors, and external partners.
Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work in the field and participate in events when required.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
