Offline Marketing & Activation Executive

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities across MT and GT channels.
  • Maintain strong coordination with store PICs to ensure campaign execution aligns with company standards and objectives.
  • Manage and control POSM (Point of Sales Materials), including production, distribution, placement, and maintenance in stores.
  • Organize and execute in-store events, product activations, and promotional programs in collaboration with partner stores.
  • Lead and supervise SPG teams, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and sales reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports from activation and promotional activities to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and monitor budgets for events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to ensure efficient spending.
  • Coordinate with distributors and vendors to ensure product availability and proper stock management in stores.
  • Support sales activities through direct involvement in market visits, store activations, and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in offline marketing, trade marketing, or event activation, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Experienced in handling store activation, SPG coordination, and promotional execution.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams, distributors, and external partners.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in the field and participate in events when required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
