Offline Channel Development

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce industries (Tokopedia/Lazada/Shopee/Offline Channel).
2. Willing to work 100% WFO (Work From Office) at Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi
3. Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
4. Excellent communication skillswritten, listening, and verbal.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Familiar with shopping platform processes and basic product knowledge.
7. Strong adaptability, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
8. Skilled in persuasion and negotiation to support sales.
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Knowledge of kitchenware or consumer goods is a plus.
11. Willing to work in shifts (5 days work and 2 days off).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential customer segments and target markets (B2B and B2C).
2. Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, social media, events, etc.).
3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
4. Conduct outreach to introduce company products/services and understand client needs.
5. Build strong relationships with potential clients to convert leads into long-term customer
