Identify potential business opportunities by acquiring merchants (Offline business category/ QRIS payment) for ShopeePay and SPayLater.
Assist merchants in the end-to-end acquiring process, from onboarding to merchant activation.
Managed and grew offline merchants through marketing initiatives and collaboration to promote ShopeePay and SPaylater to drive revenue and profitability.
Build strong coordination with internal & external stakeholders, including product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, tax, and other relevant stakeholders.
Continuously identify business opportunities to improve ShopeePay and SPayLater products, focusing on business-centric and customer-centric initiatives.
Analyze existing and future challenges and improve customer and merchant experience to drive more volume.
Requirements
Great communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
Candidates should have at least 1 - 2 years of working experience.
Having a background in digital wallet / digital bank / BNPL is a plus.
Extrovert, eager to learn, and passionate about fintech business.
