Role Purpose
Execute Marketing Communication in Sales Area, including advertising, sales promotion, PR exhibits and trade exhibition to support GTM Strategy & execution program in area.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communication
- Execute branding and communication programs in Sales Area.
- Execute promotion programs by which consist of Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), Brand Activation, Marketing Public Relation (MPR).
- Execute good working relation with community, develop communication's program in Sales
- Area through sponsorship activities, expo, off air event and marketing event
Development of GTM plan
- Support the development of GTM plan and coordination in preparation for launch across stakeholders in HQ and Area
- Coordinate with all cross function that related with the launched product and active give some input for any rooms of improvement
- Define GTM Strategy and contribution needed from all entire cross function and follow up with respective function for the implementation
- Monitoring all progress of GTM implementation trough checklist and other update status document
- Identify potential issued in implementation phase and find solution
- Follow up market insight from regional team and use it for the feedback for the next campaign
- Active course correction as and when is required
Support the performance (KPI) monitoring of the Program
- Support the analysis weekly/monthly report of on the ground activities program & give high level summary for the next improvement
- Try to get insight for improvement especially for underperformance SA & give some input for improvement
Campaign concept- Support in create concept for new on the ground campaign program in respective area include:
- Proposal (incl. budget & supporting needed)
- Assess with trial / pilot in some certain area
- Some improvement for final concept
- Socialization & implementation
- Reporting & feedback
Team Collaboration
- Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
- Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
- Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement in order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering or related field
- Understanding in Market Segmentation
Related Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales & marketing area
- Able to demonstrate leadership role in recent projects which involve cross functional effort within the company
- Good understanding of commercial operation of the business and able to work in different roles within the Group
- Preferably has been doing several projects/roles within commercial functions.
