Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit various tax returns (e.g., PPh 21, PPh 23/26, PPh 4(2), PPN) accurately and on time in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Reconcile tax accounts and ensure consistency between financial records and tax reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual corporate income tax returns (PPh Badan).
  • Maintain accurate and organized tax documentation, including invoices, tax receipts, and supporting schedules.
  • Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors during tax audits and reviews. Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
  • Respond to tax-related inquiries from internal departments and external parties.
  • Support the finance team in tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for tax efficiencies.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports for management.
  • Ensure all tax filings and payments are made in a timely manner to avoid penalties.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably within a corporate environment or public accounting firm.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
  • Willing to work from Mon - Fri and alternate Sat (half day)
