Job Description
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain industrial relations documentation, including employment agreements, warning letters, employment termination documents, and other employment-related records.
- Draft, review, communicate, and implement Company Regulations, Collective Labour Agreements, and other employment policies.
- Monitor developments in employment laws and regulations and assist in evaluating the compliance of Company policies and practices with applicable requirements.
- Assist in handling disciplinary violations, industrial relations disputes, employee grievances, and other employment-related matters.
- Prepare data, documents, case chronologies, and supporting materials required for clarification, investigation, bipartite negotiation, mediation, and other industrial dispute resolution processes.
- Coordinate with employees, internal units, manpower authorities, and other relevant parties in carrying out industrial relations activities.
- Prepare reports and monitor industrial relations cases, settlement progress, and the fulfilment of the Company's employment-related obligations.
- Support employee relations programs and employment-related communication initiatives to maintain harmonious and conducive working relationships.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in Industrial Relations.
- Experience in handling employee relations, employment regulations, disciplinary processes, industrial relations cases, or manpower compliance.
- Good understanding of Indonesian employment laws and industrial relations regulations.
- Good understanding of industrial dispute resolution processes, including internal resolution, bipartite negotiation, and mediation.
- Knowledge of Company Regulations, Collective Labour Agreements, employment agreements, and employment policies.
- Ability to prepare case chronologies, formal correspondence, reports, and industrial relations documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with labour unions and/or manpower authorities is an advantage.
- Certification or training in Industrial Relations or employment law is an advantage.
- Experience in resolving industrial relations cases is an added advantage.
- Strong competencies in Industrial Relations Management, Indonesian Employment Law, Industrial Dispute Resolution, Disciplinary Case Handling, Employment Agreement Management, Collective Labour Agreement Management, Manpower Compliance, and Employee Relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, conflict management, attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
