Officer-HBB Planning & Profitability

Job Purpose

Support the HBB Market Planning & Insight function by delivering data analysis, market intelligence, and profitability tracking, enabling accurate planning and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Data Collection
• Collect, validate, and maintain market data, competitor intelligence, and field insights.
• Support development of desktop studies and planning models.
• Conduct and deliver regular competitor analysis reports.
• Network Planning Support
• Execute desktop analysis to identify and propose RFS locations based on defined criteria.
• Align planning outputs with actual market conditions and field inputs.
• Support continuous improvement of site selection methodology.
• Profitability Analysis
• Perform regular profitability analysis by partner, cluster, and cohort.
• Track performance against business targets and highlight key variances and insights.
• Support preparation of business cases and financial evaluations.
• Data Management & Reporting
• Maintain and update home-passes database with high accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure availability of data for dashboards, reporting, and analysis.
• Support development of automated reporting tools.
• Performance Monitoring
• Monitor post-RFS performance, including take-up rate, revenue, and payback metrics.
• Identify underperforming areas and support root cause analysis.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for performance improvement initiatives.
• Portfolio Optimization Support
  
  

Evaluate existing home-passes and recommend maintain, optimize, or exit actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, planning, or telecom-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel (or similar tools).
