We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Channel Product Officer to join our Product Development team. This hands-on role will be responsible for managing and enhancing digital payment products, with a strong focus on the digitalization and optimization of ATM services. The successful candidate will support end-to-end product lifecycle activities, gather and analyze performance data, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure product reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives. This role plays a key part in advancing seamless, secure, and innovative transaction experiences across our partner networks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product portfolio research by analyzing implementation data, mapping technology partners, and identifying relevant technological trends to support competitive and business-aligned product development strategies, including pricing and market penetration.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate product performance through system tracking, customer feedback analysis, and historical data insights to identify gaps, technology upgrade needs, and initiate routine improvement actions to maintain optimal product quality and user satisfaction.
- Manage product development by translating technical specifications into implementation, coordinating with technical teams, managing development timelines, and ensuring outputs are reliable, user-friendly, and compliant with predefined standards.
- Perform end-to-end Quality Assurance processes, including functional validation, compliance verification, and product readiness testing, to ensure product quality and reliability before launch.
- Coordinate and execute system integration processes, ensuring effective implementation of integration protocols while collaborating with technical teams to maintain smooth, efficient, and secure system connectivity and operations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive product performance reports, including achievement metrics, improvement recommendations, and operational insights to support decision-making, transparency, productivity enhancement, and effective departmental performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in product management, digital banking, ATM operations, switching, or electronic channel services.
- Strong knowledge of ATM systems, digital payment ecosystems, switching, host integration, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in coordinating with technical, operational, and vendor teams for system development, enhancement, or integration projects.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance, data security principles, and risk management related to digital payment and ATM services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cardless transactions, QR-based payment features, or digitalization initiatives in ATM services is a plus.
