Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customer as follow:
Solution architect for ICT infra, Network, and IoT solution.
Assist sales team to assess the customers’ technical requirement.
Create the technical solution design and cost analysis as a reference for sales offering and implementation process
Ensure that the technical solution & design is valid and implementable.
Requirements
Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, with a proven track
Prior working experience in ICT Solution Provider/System Integrator/ICT Principal companies.
University graduate majoring in Information Engineering/Computer Science/Information System, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or other related major
Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
Able to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgment
Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and longterm deadlines
Good in analytical and planning skill to translate customer requirement into matching product & solution
Willing to be placed in Batam
Skill & Competence
Able to design both ICT Infra (server, storage, firewall, network) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M)
Expertise in Cloud/IoT/Application is a plus.
Able to run and manage the project in term of enterprise service
Business Acumen
Understand and know the Market Segment of Enterprise Service
Understand the concept of basic business calculations
Communication Skill
Has a good communication skill in Bahasa and English
Has a good presentation skill
Fluent in English, having sound verbal and written communication, strong negotiation presentation and report writing skills
