Office General Counsel Manager/Senior Manager (In-House Legal Counsel)

As a Manager or Senior Manager within the Office of General Counsel, you will serve as a trusted in-house legal counsel, providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive and commercially minded legal professional who can partner with stakeholders across the organization to manage risk and enable growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations and strategic initiatives
• Support internal stakeholders on governance, ethics, and compliance-related matters
• Manage disputes, claims, and external legal counsel when necessary
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures

What we're looking for:

• Qualified legal professional with a strong academic background in Law
• 8–12+ years of experience, preferably as an in-house legal counsel or within a reputable law firm
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law
• Proven ability to provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
