Job Description Summary :
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entire office area, supporting daily administrative operations through tasks such as document filing and photocopying, and providing hospitality services for guests and internal meetings to ensure a comfortable work environment.

Maintain the cleanliness of all office areas, including cleaning desks, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms daily.
Organize and tidy up messy office spaces and common areas to ensure a professional appearance.
Prepare and set up meeting rooms and provide refreshments/consumption for guests or internal staff during meetings.
Manage waste disposal by regularly emptying trash bins in all workspace and office sectors.
Ensure the exterior office premises (pages/entrance) are swept and kept clean.
Support administrative staff with general tasks such as photocopying, document filing, and mail distribution.
Report any maintenance issues or furniture damage to the supervisor or GA team.
Assist in any other general tasks or errands as specifically assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements :
Minimum SMA / SMK or equivalent.
Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Honest, disciplined, and proactive in identifying areas that need attention.
Polite communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
