About the Role

We are looking for an Office Admin who is organised, proactive, and ready to support the daily operations of a fast-moving creative agency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, likes helping multiple teams, and wants to grow in a dynamic and creative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily office administration and company documents

Manage attendance, employee data, and basic HR records

Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding

Prepare contracts, official letters, and document filing

Manage office supplies and operational purchases

Input and organise data in spreadsheets or internal systems

Assist with invoices, payments, and basic financial documents

Act as a bridge between management and operational teams

Support internal events, meetings, and team needs

Requirements

Detail-oriented and well organised

Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and data

Good communication and coordination skills

Fast learner and able to handle multiple tasks

Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Admin or HR experience is a plus

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
