About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration and company documents
Manage attendance, employee data, and basic HR records
Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Prepare contracts, official letters, and document filing
Manage office supplies and operational purchases
Input and organise data in spreadsheets or internal systems
Assist with invoices, payments, and basic financial documents
Act as a bridge between management and operational teams
Support internal events, meetings, and team needs
Requirements
Detail-oriented and well organised
Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and data
Good communication and coordination skills
Fast learner and able to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Admin or HR experience is a plus
