About the Role
We are looking for an Odoo Functional Specialist to support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo ERP across business functions. This role will act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to ensure that system solutions align with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Odoo implementation and customization
- Configure Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM) based on business requirements
- Collaborate closely with Odoo developers to ensure accurate system development and deployment
- Conduct system testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Ensure data integrity, system consistency, and adherence to best practices
- Support ERP rollout projects, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in ERP implementation or as an Odoo Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Odoo modules and configurations
- Familiarity with ERP implementation lifecycle and project management
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business language
