Responsibilities

Lead the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment
Translate business requirements into optimized Odoo workflows
Train operational and senior staff on new processes
Manage project timelines and client expectations
Perform gap analysis and solve process bottlenecks

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
2+ years of experience with Odoo
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong accounting background with knowledge of financial and business processes
Ability to travel for on-site projects

Nice to Have

Python/XML/Odoo Studio knowledge to communicate with developers
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM) to help clients adopt best practices
Experience in Manufacturing or Hospitality
