Responsibilities

• Analyze and map client business processes, and prepare Fit & Gap Analysis and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.) to match operational needs.
• Coordinate with the development team on custom modules or integrations beyond standard Odoo features.
• Perform data validation and migration from legacy systems, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare user manuals and SOPs, and train end users.
• Provide L1/L2 post-go-live support and system maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Odoo.
• Able to join immediately (0 month notice period).
• Good understanding of business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Accounting, or Inventory Management.
• Familiar with Odoo module configuration, functional testing, and the ERP implementation process.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with neat and structured documentation.
