Odoo Developer

Project-based contract (full-time), with possibility of extension depending on project needs and performance.

Work arrangement: Fully onsite in Bintaro area, Tangerang Selatan.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise editions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical solutions within the Odoo framework.
• Design and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party systems, including REST APIs, payment gateways, logistics platforms, and other external services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and XML following Odoo development best practices.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization of Odoo applications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for modules, customizations, and integrations.
• Support system deployment, testing (unit testing and UAT), and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to continuously improve system functionality and performance.
• Work closely with the client team onsite to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Strong knowledge of the Odoo Framework (version 13 or higher preferred).
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with: Odoo Models, Views (XML), Actions and Reports, Security and Access Rights
• Proven experience in REST API integration.
• Familiarity with Linux server environments.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Willing to work onsite in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan under a project-based contract scheme.
