Job Description

Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client business processes and objectives.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; identify gaps with standard Odoo functionalities.
Prepare SOWs, proposals, and functional specifications.
Design and propose Odoo-based solutions (standard or customized) aligned with client needs.
Configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, and HR.
Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and system enhancements.
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation from discovery to go-live
Manage project timelines, deliverables, UAT, training and client support.
Provide post-go-live support, user training, and maintain client relationships for future opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting or related field.
2-3 years of experience in ERP implementation or business analysis (Odoo preferred).
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Finance, Sales, Operations).
Hands-on experience with Odoo functional configuration across multiple modules.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and Odoo accounting workflows.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and manage client expectations.
