Job Description
- Support the input and review of job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational structure and role responsibilities
- Develop and maintain organization charts using Visio and support the preparation of final organization documentation
- Assist in reviewing Human Capital SOPs and business processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational practices
- Review KPI inputs from users and assess their alignment with the respective role's job description and responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or final-year student in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing and structuring organizational documents and charts
- Interested in Organization Development and Performance Management
- Able to work collaboratively and handle administrative/documentation tasks carefully
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.
