Job Purpose:
Implement import/export plans and processes to provide preparation and clearance of documentation through the relevant authorities and guide and advise customers on import/ export operations and regulations in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage ocean freight import shipments to Indonesia in compliance with internal processes and local regulations
- end shipment activities with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Sales, Product, Gateway) under the 1 File 1 Operator (1F1O) framework
- Perform customs entries and ensure adherence to the latest Indonesian customs regulations and company procedures
- Calculate and verify duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume for import and export shipments
- Review and validate shipping documents and invoices to ensure regulatory and compliance accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations, including participation in meetings and discussions

- Read, understand, and apply Mandarin Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational compliance
- Understand customer requirements, ensure service fulfillment, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur
- Analyze, manage, and support resolution of incidents and shipment exceptions to minimize service disruption
- Provide operational guidance to export, import, and gateway teams to support business needs and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any major, logistic transportation will be preferable
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience export/import operation in Freight Forwarding Industry
Skills:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of export/import process and management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
