About this position
You're responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating strategic maternal and child health and nutrition programs across operational areas. This role focuses on driving stunting reduction initiatives, improving local Posyandu operational efficiency, and leveraging health data analysis to design high-impact community interventions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Program Design & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end operational programs focused on Child Nutrition and Maternity Health.
- Apply an innovative mindset to create high-impact, sustainable health and nutrition initiatives tailored to local community needs.
2. Health Data Analysis & Monitoring Evaluation (M&E)
- Analyze primary health and nutrition data (e.g., Posyandu records, basic health surveys, stunting indicators) to establish baselines and measure program efficacy.
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) and community nutritional status.
- Conduct regular field assessments to monitor program progress and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Oversee and enhance the functional operations of local healthcare touchpoints in alignment with national stunting and health regulations.
- Build capacity and provide operational guidance to local health cadres, community leaders, and healthcare personnel.
- Collaborate with local government authorities and community stakeholders to align company initiatives with public health priorities.
4. Reporting
- Manage program lifecycles using structured project management principles to ensure timely execution within scope and resources.
- Produce comprehensive technical reports, executive summaries, and analytical presentations in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nutrition or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operational program management focusing on Child Nutrition and Maternity Health (planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation).
- Proven track record in Posyandu management, stunting mitigation programs, or community-based public health campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Proven proficiency in analyzing health and nutrition data (Posyandu data, basic health surveys) for program design and measurement.
- Regulatory & Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of Posyandu operations, government stunting regulations, and national Maternal & Child Health (MCH) indicators.
- Methodologies: Hands-on familiarity with project management tools, Theory of Change, and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA).
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Strong track record of implementing innovative solutions in field-level health programs.
- Communication & Languages: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for technical reporting and stakeholder presentations.
- Mobility: Willingness to work on a mobile basis across remote estate and plantation sectors in Riau.
