Members also enjoy premium fitness and recovery facilities, such as a luxury gym, yoga areas, ice baths, sauna, a 25m pool, massage services, and nature-focused, zen-inspired architecture. Omni creates tailored wellness plans for each individual based on comprehensive physical and mental health diagnostics. The environment is designed as a vibrant social hub with co-working spaces, healthy dining, and longevity guidance, offering a unique setting for both work and wellbeing.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role. The Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered clinical care, including performing and interpreting basic assessments, supporting blood work collection, administering IVs, and monitoring clients during treatments and recovery sessions. The Nurse will collaborate with wellness practitioners to contribute to personalized care plans, educate members on health, safety, and lifestyle interventions, and document all services accurately in clinical records. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, checking equipment and supplies, following infection control protocols, responding to any urgent health concerns, and escalating cases to medical leadership when needed. The Nurse will also help ensure a welcoming, calm environment that aligns with Omni's holistic wellness philosophy.

Qualifications

  • Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and basic diagnostics interpretation.
  • Experience with blood draws, IV therapy administration, and safe handling of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Knowledge of wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions, with interest in holistic and preventive healthcare.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to support diverse members in a social wellness setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic, hospitality-like environment.
  • Valid nursing license/registration and compliance with local regulatory standards and clinical guidelines.
  • Prior experience in outpatient, wellness, or integrative health settings is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and following safety and infection control protocols.
  • Comfort working onsite, including occasional evenings or weekends aligned with member needs.
