NPI (Mandarin Speaker)

This is a full-time on-site role for an NPI (New Product Introduction) specialist at PT. GIK Tech Berjaya Indonesia, located in Batam. The NPI specialist will be responsible for leading new product introduction activities, coordinating between cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the smooth transition of products from design to mass production. Additional responsibilities include liaising with technical teams in China using Mandarin and overseeing the product development process to align with company standards and market demands.

• Experience in project management, product development, and launching new products into mass production
• Strong communication and language skills, including Mandarin and English proficiency
• Technical skills and understanding of manufacturing processes and product design
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the electronics or technology manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
