Responsibilities

  • NPI on PCBA process starting from SMT - Back End - Box Build (Solder Paste, SPI,PnP, Reflow Profile, W/S Profile, Rayreview,Conformal Coating,Box Build and packaging design)
  • Understand to read and use software to see Gerber file
  • Know how to design solder paste stencil and well experience deal for jig and fixture design BOM creation and review the system.
  • Target oriented to achieve the KPI goal base on time line given
  • Able to design the process step starting from scratch till packaging
  • Know how to work on RFQ
  • Well known on documentation work and reporting such as : Control Plan, PFMEA, 5 Why, 8D, GR & R, Cpk, Validation report,DFM,DFT, First Article Report

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in Engineering
  • Experience in same position min. 4 years
  • Proven work experience in process engineerin
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Knowledge of process related standards
  • Experience in process simulations
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software packages CAD or AutoCAD skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • To be able to establish process flow, equipment and method
  • To be able to provide process documentation and operating instructions
