Responsibilities
- NPI on PCBA process starting from SMT - Back End - Box Build (Solder Paste, SPI,PnP, Reflow Profile, W/S Profile, Rayreview,Conformal Coating,Box Build and packaging design)
- Understand to read and use software to see Gerber file
- Know how to design solder paste stencil and well experience deal for jig and fixture design BOM creation and review the system.
- Target oriented to achieve the KPI goal base on time line given
- Able to design the process step starting from scratch till packaging
- Know how to work on RFQ
- Well known on documentation work and reporting such as : Control Plan, PFMEA, 5 Why, 8D, GR & R, Cpk, Validation report,DFM,DFT, First Article Report

Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in Engineering
- Experience in same position min. 4 years
- Proven work experience in process engineerin
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in process simulations
- Working knowledge of process engineering software packages CAD or AutoCAD skills
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

- To be able to establish process flow, equipment and method
