NPD & Coman Officer

PT Arnott's Indonesia is a multinational company with brands Good Time and Nyam Nyam. We are looking for an NPD Coman Officer to join our team. This role is based in Bekasi.

Responsibilities:

New Product Development (NPD)

• Handle and coordinate NPD Coman projects for both domestic and international markets.
• Develop Product Operational Standards and coordinate costing alignment with Finance & Accounting and other relevant departments based on product briefs, PackDev, and ProdDev specifications.
• Ensure product development activities are aligned with project requirements, specifications, and agreed timelines.

Product Trials & Development

• Lead and coordinate product trials according to project targets and requirements.
• Work closely with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure trials are properly planned, executed, and documented.
• Follow up on trial results and coordinate necessary actions to support successful project completion.

Project Coordination & Governance

• Attend project meetings and coordinate follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project gating processes and ensure required approvals are obtained according to the NPD process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from development through completion.

Project Delivery & Performance

• Ensure NPD projects are delivered according to agreed targets for safety, quality, productivity, and timeline.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and coordinate corrective actions when required.
• Prepare project documentation and reporting to support effective project tracking and decision-making.

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in New Product Development, Project Management, Product Development, or a related function is preferred.
• Good knowledge of quality and safety standards, production process flow and process design.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, with basic knowledge of statistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Drawing/AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and priorities.
