Night Shift Customer Service (Live Chat - Solo)

What You'll Do:

• Chat with customers and solve their questions in marketplace with care.
• Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).
• Escalate important matters when needed.
• Hit performance goals (we'll help you get there!)
• Be part of an International supportive and high-energy team!

What We're Looking For

• :Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75)
• .Strong English skills (written & spoken) – tested in recruitment
• .Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• !Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts
• .Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• .Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus
• .Fast learner, independent, and ready to work
• .Available to start in September 2025
