Job Description
Join PT. Naga Film Indonesia as a Night Shift Asset Manager
If accurate trackers bring you peace, inconsistent statuses keep you up at night, and you love being the person who knows exactly where everything stands, keep reading.
Naga Film is a full-service post-production company with studios in Bali and Jakarta. Our teams help create high-end social content for some of the world's biggest films and series, using the time-zone difference to keep international projects moving around the clock.
This is a rare opportunity in Indonesia to work at the operational centre of a global creative pipeline. Your work will help editors, coordinators, and partner teams across two continents stay aligned and move faster.
We're looking for a highly organised Asset Manager to keep project and asset information accurate across multiple internal and client-facing systems. You will make sure statuses, ownership, deadlines, and delivery details remain current, consistent, and easy for the team to trust.
What you'll do
- Update and maintain project, asset, delivery, and workflow information in monday.com, Google Sheets, Socialite, and client systems.
- Reconcile information across platforms so titles, owners, statuses, due dates, and delivery details match.
- Monitor active work throughout the shift and make timely updates as projects move between teams and workflow stages.
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, overdue actions, or incorrect statuses and resolve or escalate them quickly.
- Maintain accurate trackers and prepare clear handoff notes and status reports for the Indonesia and U.S. partner teams.
- Follow established data-entry standards and help improve checklists, templates, and operating procedures.
- Coordinate with assistant editors, editors, and production coordinators to confirm the real-world status behind each system entry.
- Protect confidential client and project information and follow all access and data-security requirements.
- Document recurring issues and solutions so the workflow becomes more reliable over time.
What we're looking for
- Experience in asset tracking, content operations, post-production coordination, project coordination, data administration, or a closely related role.
- Excellent organisational skills and a disciplined, systems-minded approach to data entry and status tracking.
- Advanced comfort with monday.com, Google Sheets, or comparable databases and workflow-management platforms.
- The ability to learn Socialite and proprietary client systems quickly and accurately.
- Confidence comparing large amounts of information across systems and spotting inconsistencies before they become problems.
- A working understanding of post-production terminology, workflows, and delivery stages is strongly preferred.
- High-level spoken and written English; you will communicate directly with colleagues in the United States.
- Strong judgment, calm troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with Mac-based post-production environments.
- A degree in film, media, technology, information management, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- Must be legally able to work in Indonesia and able to work from our Bali or Jakarta office.
The night-owl schedule
- Full-time and office-based.
- Bali: 2:00 AM-11:00 AM WITA.
- Jakarta: 1:00 AM-10:00 AM WIB.
The schedule isn't ordinary, and neither is the opportunity. Your shift connects directly with our U.S. partner team during their working day and helps keep campaigns for major films and series moving around the clock.
Why join Naga Film
- Support premium social content for some of the world's biggest films and series.
- Work at the centre of an international, 24-hour post-production operation.
- Build rare experience with global content workflows, partner teams, and professional client systems.
- Work alongside experienced editorial, sound, color, coordination, and technical teams.
- Help shape the systems behind a growing Indonesian post-production company with international reach.
Benefits
- BPJS and pension contributions after the probation period.
- Paid vacation and paid sick leave after the probation period.
