About The Role

They say no man is an island, and this notion holds particularly true for this role. As our New User Growth Manager for GoFood, you'll be instrumental in the GoFood wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company's growth for its Food services. Your main objective will be to drive the acquisition of new users via multiple initiatives, including tapping into B2C and B2B segments. You'll get your hands dirty by designing, piloting, managing, and scaling up the initiatives on the ground, ensuring a pragmatic approach that generates the highest impact. The cherry on top: you'll be right at the epicenter of an industry that's expected to grow at a double-digit rate in the next five years, having a direct impact on the trajectory of our beloved GoFood.

What You Will Do

    • Lead GoFood's new user growth initiatives, strategies, and implementation, with a primary focus on the B2B/B2G segment (eg. GoCorp and Partnership)
    • Develop and run complex analyses to support business decision
    • Collaborate with Product, Region, Marketing, and Sales teams in the development and implementation of initiatives
    • Prepare reports as a basis of rationale and recommendations to upper management, including CxOs of Gojek and GoTo Group
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis with local and international counterparts

What You Will Need

    • At least 3-4 years of experience in a strategy or project management role at a tech or consulting company
    • Strong business acumen, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coordinate/manage stakeholders to drive cross-collaboration independently
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience and understanding of SQL will be a plus point
