Job Description:

1. Lead and manage engineering teams across Packing Line, Process Engineering, Automation, and Utilities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
2. Drive implementation of new technologies, automation initiatives, and engineering improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
3. Oversee engineering projects including equipment upgrades, line improvements, and new technology implementation.
4. Ensure operational reliability and performance of manufacturing systems, utilities, and production lines.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance) to optimize processes and solve technical challenges.
6. Develop engineering capabilities within the team through coaching, technical guidance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in Engineering roles (Process, Automation, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
3. Experience managing or leading engineering teams or cross-functional technical projects.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, process improvement, automation, and production equipment.
5. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
6. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields).
