Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience in automotive manufacturing within OEM fastener companies
- Background in R&D, Production Engineering, or NPD
- Strong understanding of automotive product development lifecycle
Job Description:
- Support new product development from sample stage to mass production.
- Review customer drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare and monitor product trials and sampling.
- Coordinate with production, tooling, and quality teams.
- Record trial results and report development progress.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation.
- Ensure products meet customer and quality standards.
