This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of trend analysis, R&D coordination, and cross-team collaboration — ensuring every launch is on-time, on-brand, and in demand.

What You'll Do:

• Research and identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to spot new product opportunities
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to develop formulations, packaging, and product concepts
• Coordinate product sampling, testing, and quality assurance before launch
• Manage timelines and track progress to ensure launches meet deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and regulatory teams to ensure product positioning, packaging, and compliance are aligned
• Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements for future iterations
• Maintain detailed documentation for each development stage — from ideation to commercialization

What We're Looking For:

• Product Development Experience

2–4 years in NPD, ideally in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods

• Trend-Savvy

Passionate about beauty/lifestyle trends and can translate them into market-ready products

• Project Management Skills

Able to juggle multiple development timelines without missing details

• Collaborative Communicator

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Quality & Detail-Oriented
