New Business Underwriting Training & SME Executive

Job Description:

• Product analysis (product spec, policy provision, AU/PD update, training material, etc.)
• Ensure system implementation to support product deliverables.
• Monitoring testing on product enhancement.
• Underwriting Socialization on New Product.
• Manage issues related to Product Implementation.
• Monitoring post product launched
• Check and analyze SPAJ submissions after launch to ensure everything is running smoothly.
• Manage issues occur after product launched.
• Report on product and campaign related product.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Majoring in Insurance, Medical, or Health background will be an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Underwriting Individual & Health, preferably in the insurance company.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance industry and underwriting process
• Having good sense of risk selection
• Fluent in English both written & verbal
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work cross functionally and coordinate with multiple departments.
• High integrity and adherence to confidentiality and conflict of interest standards.
• Has good interpersonal, analytical, communication and negotiation skill.
• Has good excel, word, and power point skill.
• Adaptable to changes (not limited to role, regulation and function)
