Clinician (Neurotherapist) Traineeship — Full-Time, On-Site

Location: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Duration: 3 months

Brain Optimax is a mental health practice registered in Australia, with an affiliate office in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are seeking applicants for a structured, full-time Clinician (Neurotherapist) Traineeship based in our Kelapa Gading office.

This program is designed for people who wish to build practical experience in an integrated clinical setting, particularly in neuropsychological interventions, neuromodulation, and support for children with developmental, learning, behavioural, and emotional needs.

What you will do

Under the supervision and guidance of experienced clinicians, trainees will take part in:

• Structured learning modules combining theory and supervised practical training
• Observation and, after meeting competency requirements, assistance during neuro-modulation sessions
• Assistance with neuropsychological and psychophysiological assessments
• Research and preparation of materials for courses, presentations, and internal projects
• Development of educational content based on program learning and organisational campaigns
• Collaborative project work, with opportunities to take ownership of assigned deliverables

Who we are looking for

This opportunity may suit applicants with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or current final-stage study, in one of the following areas:

• Psychology
• Applied Neuroscience
• Early Childhood Education
• Special Education
• Health Sciences
• Other relevant disciplines

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Interest in non-invasive neurotherapy and mental health interventions
• Interest in supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to receive feedback, follow clinical guidance, and work responsibly within supervised practice
• Commitment to learning and professional development in a clinical environment
  

Important information

This is a full-time, on-site traineeship in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, for a fixed period of three months. Successful completion may support future consideration for relevant opportunities at Brain Optimax, subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
