The Role: Are you ready to architect the physical backbone of cutting-edge technology We are looking for a visionary Networking Hardware Lead to take full ownership of our InfiniBand and Ethernet network hardware strategy. In this highly impactful, project-based role, you will be the driving force behind the design, integration, and performance of our critical network infrastructure, particularly for advanced Cloud and AI initiatives.
What You Will Do:
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and execute comprehensive network hardware strategies that align perfectly with our organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
- Lead Integration: Lead the complex design and oversee the seamless integration of network racks, switches, optical transceivers, and structured cabling systems.
- Deliver Excellence: Deliver high-performance, immensely scalable network hardware Racks specifically tailored for Cloud and AI Platforms.
- Ensure Reliability: Guarantee seamless inter-rack connectivity, steadfast network reliability, and optimal infrastructure performance across the board.
- Set Standards: Establish, advocate for, and enforce rigorous network hardware standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate & Optimize: Partner continuously with engineering, data center, and operations teams to support ongoing infrastructure deployment and expansion.
- Drive Improvement: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to drastically enhance scalability, efficiency, and service availability.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Demonstrated expertise and proven capability to own and drive both InfiniBand and Ethernet network hardware strategies.
- Strong track record in leading the design and hands-on integration of Network Racks, Switches, Optics, and Cabling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to provide authoritative technical guidance to network engineering teams and key stakeholders.
- Solid background in establishing operational procedures and enforcing hardware standards in high-performance computing or telecommunications environments.
