Lead PMO for integration initiatives - setting up new processes and governance to manage integration, tracking performance against milestones, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders end-to-end.
Track integration performance and identify new initiatives to improve speed or optimize cost, using data to validate impact and prioritize actions.
Analyze and design the nationwide SPX network (routing, truck flows) to improve end-to-end cost and speed, using data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Assess the impact of new initiatives, product requirements, or campaigns on the network and adjust design to ensure synergy, scalability, and consistency across all nodes.
Prepare data-driven analyses, business cases, and management reports to support network investment and integration decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of work experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, consulting, or operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills comfortable working with data to support decisions
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint experience with SQL is a plus.
Strong PMO/project management skills - able to set up processes, track performance, and drive initiatives to completion across teams.
Good communication and cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment detail-oriented and structured.
