Network & Security Engineer

Job Description:

• Ensure internet connectivity is available and functioning optimally.
• Monitor and maintain firewall devices.
• Manage and restrict users internet access permissions in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor network and system security to ensure the security of the internet infrastructure.
• Inspect, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Set up and configure new user accounts.
• Prepare and configure work equipment, such as laptops, according to user requirements.
• Perform backups of users email accounts and OneDrive data.
• Monitor local area networks (LAN), internet connectivity, and branch office VPN connections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of work experience in IT, particularly in IT Support or IT Infrastructure.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and software installation and configuration.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, computer networks, and servers.
• Understanding of internet network management, firewall administration, and network security.
• Ability to configure user accounts, prepare IT equipment, and manage email accounts and cloud-based data storage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
