We URGENTLY need Network Security Engineer

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Security Engineer Role
• Having professional certification NSE 1 or NSE 2 is preferable
• Exposure to administering Next Generation Firewall and Endpoint Protection (Anti Malware)
• Basic Exposure to Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tool for Security Operation Center
• Knowledge of Email Security, Application Security, and other IT frameworks (ITIL, Cobit, Etc)
• OPEN FOR CONTRACT EMPLOYMENT

Responsibilities:

• Administering of IT Security Systems including (but not limited to) Network Security (Firewall, IPS, NDR), Web Application Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, Email Security, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity Awareness, Security Information Event Management Take ownership of IT Security Systems including (but not limited to) Network Security (Firewall, IPS, NDR), Web Application Firewall, Secure Web Gateway, Email Security, Endpoint Protection, Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity Awareness, Security Information Event Management
• The protection coverage includes the system at the endpoint, on-premises Data Center, cloud Data Center, DMZ, IT network and OT network.
• Provide suggestions on potential improvements to IT security practices, standards, tools, and environment
• Proactive identity and analyzing IT security events through the use of advanced security monitoring techniques and advanced cyber systems/tools.
• Respond to IT security incident at the earliest stage to prevent further damage or information lost
• Follow IT Security Incident Response Procedure to analyze, containment, eradication, and recovery. Escalation to the reporting line and liaise with the required parties during incident response.
• Assist users seeking assistance with information security inquiries. This could be providing direct assistance or referring the user to the relevant support team.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance to IT Security Systems
• Fine-tune to enhance IT Security Systems configuration
• Perform changes to IT Security Systems for additional module, or system
• Support other initiatives that require change to IT Security Systems
