Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewall and WAF.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network systems and devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor network performance, analyze network traffic and logs, and diagnose bottlenecks or performance issues.
Ensure network security by implementing security policies and maintaining firewalls.
Create and maintain network diagrams, update technical documentation, and keep accurate records of incidents and configurations.
Escalating complex issues and collaborating with other IT teams for seamless operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1 support engineers.
Managing and troubleshooting un-complex OS Linux and Windows problem.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related.
5 year of relevant experience for senior roles
Proficient in Linux Environment such as RHEL, Ubuntu, Centos
Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols, and switching concepts (e.g., VLANs).
Knowledge of firewall management, VPNs, and monitoring for security threats using Fortigate.
Experience with hands-on Cloud environment, especially for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), included CloudVPN, Interconnect Partner, CloudNAT, CloudRouter.
Ability to analyze logs, packet captures, and monitoring data to diagnose issues.
Knowledge of basic application security like WAF (Web Application Firewall), API Protection, BOT Detection and DDOS Protection (L7)
Knowledge BCP concept (Disaster Recovery Center)
