This position will be responsible for operated and manage infra network of customer to ensure work in good performance. The role requires to be able to weigh business against the need for security risk, improvement and articulates issues to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve LAN / WAN / Wireless perfromance, health and security issues
- Responsible for managing day to day operations and administration
- Perform daily and weekly report of Infra Network Performance
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Hands on and deep knowledge about Cisco Switch and Router, Ciisco Wireless WLC and AP, Cisco Access Control Server - ISE
- Hands on and deep knowledge about Network High Availability (HA)
- Experience hands on with next gen firewall (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FDM/FMC, Fortigate)
- Experience to manage SASE ( Zscaler, Palo Alto Global Protect)
- Experience to build and use monitoring solution (WhatsApp Gold, Cacti, Syslog, Zabbix, Graylog etc)
- Experience with controlling and manage hundreds of switch devices
- Cisco Certification and others certification related to network (Preferred)
