Design, develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across business-critical processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and system owners to translate operational and business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
Take ownership of NetSuite enhancements, customizations, workflows, integrations, and system improvements from planning through deployment while adhering to development best practices.
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and internal or third-party systems, ensuring reliable data exchange and system interoperability.
Continuously improve system performance, automation capabilities, and user experience by identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the design and development of internal business applications and backend services that interact with NetSuite when required.
Stay updated with NetSuite platform enhancements, ERP best practices, integration technologies, and emerging software development trends to improve business systems capabilities.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in NetSuite development, ERP customization, or business systems engineering.
Experience developing NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, Saved Searches, and related NetSuite development tools.
Experience building and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and external systems through APIs, middleware, or custom services.
Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, or other ERP-related domains.
Familiarity with software development best practices including clean code, version control, testing, documentation, and deployment processes.
Understanding of backend development concepts, API design, database management, and system architecture.
Experience with Go (Golang) or other backend programming languages is highly preferred.
Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, platforms, and business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
