Job Description:

We are a dynamic and innovative team working on cutting-edge applications for the healthcare industry. Your work will directly impact patients and the development of therapies that matter them. Our tech stack includes React.js, Next.js, SQL Server, and .NET 8. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who is eager to contribute to both the front-end and back-end of our projects, and who has an interest in integrating AI capabilities into modern applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using React.js, Next.js, .NET 8, and SQL Server.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

• Integrate and optimize AI functionalities and related tools to enhance application performance.

• Utilize and maintain various development tools, including emerging AI-assisted (e.g., Cursor, Replit, GitHub Co-pilot and other industry-standard tools) to streamline development processes.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software applications.

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability through best practices in coding and architecture.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

• Proficient in React.js and Next.js for front-end development.

• Solid experience with SQL Server and database design.

• Expertise in .NET 8 for back-end development.

• Familiarity with AI concepts and the ability to integrate AI tools and solutions into applications.

• Experience working with development tools such as Cursor, Replit, GitHub Co-pilot and similar platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Curiosity, passion for learning and improving, and drive to grow in the role and the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.

• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative project management tools.
